Essential Oils for Digestive Support in Kids

We all know how important the Digestive System for maintaining health and wellness and it's jut as important in our babies.  There are safe, natural ways to care for our littles and supporting their digestion couldn't be easier! Everyone seems to have their own opinions on what is ok to use with babies and what isn't.  It's important to do your research, and listen to your body when it comes to making these decisions.  If you love the way something makes you feel, try a more diluted version of it with your child and see if you can help support them in the same ways as yourself!  We all are great parents and it's truly up to us to be our own health advocates and do what is best for our families.

I have don plenty of research, and the Peppermint for children under 6 isn't a definite yes or no. Undiluted peppermint is a no for sure, but with proper dilutions it can work well in children. Some children do have respiratory symptoms when exposed to peppermint so it should always be administered with caution and heavily diluted. Some books say that true unadulterated peppermint is safe even in babies. It's just about educating yourself and doing what is right for your family.

Accidents happen but this helped us:

Copaiba, Cypress, and Frankincense are quite helpful. Particularly Cypress if rubbed on the lower belly and then followed by Copaiba. Also, Frankinsence can be more helpful if taken internally (in older children/teenagers). There is also an interesting testimonial where Copaiba and Endoflex were used and got great results.
